I don’t know about you, but my quiet and reflective time is usually first thing of a morning, when everyone is still asleep and it is just me and a lovely cuppa. So when I felt the need to create a series of videos focusing on common themes that are present in my practice, I knew it was crucial to make them compatible to that time where we all sit down with our cuppa and get our heads around the day.
